If you are interested in opening a charge account with JTB, we require the completed form above, as well as a 21 day COD period, prior to terms being extended. 7 day accounts are only extended to customers that have completed and returned the new customer information form above, and who are purchasing more than 3 times in a single week. 

Following this period, the only terms we offer are 7 days. All new credit accounts must be secured with a credit card or ACH payment.

7 day account terms run Monday through Friday.  Statements are dropped off, mailed or emailed weekly on Mondays.  Payment for the total amount due must be given to our driver no later than Wednesday following the delivery of statement. 

Returned check processing charge is $32.50. Your account will be placed on a cash ONLY basis only after three returned checks.

If you prefer to pay with credit card, we DO accept all major credit cards, each transaction will incur a 2.9% fee. Please call our office at 505.438.9578 for more information.

There is no fee for payment made by ACH.
